Hiya Streamers..... well, I guess all great things must come to an end. I didnt blog much anymore but like some others have said, I liked knowing the Stream was here, like an old friend, that I could check in on from time to time..... Thank you to everyone who supported this crazy blog over the years..too many laughs to even try to recount..... does anyone even remember that I started this thing to bitch about the squirrels in the yard?.. I made so many great lifelong friends here..... so, yes, I can say that this blog site changed my life.....and for the better. Thank you John for keeping this going for so long........ and I still miss these cool emoticons. I dont know if I'll transfer the whole thing.... more likely I will cherry pick and copy the posts that I feel are worth keeping and let the rest go forever....

Facebook has made me so dang lazy about posting here on my ole blog.... I used to be a pretty avid writer....... I miss the grand ole Streamer days..... glad to see many of you are still writing and sharing on here.

Hiya Streamers.... had a fun thing happen to me this morning.... I'm a Weather Channel nut and I usually will have it on in the mornings while I get ready for work..... Abrams And Bettes was on this morning and I was on their Facebook page talking with Stephanie Abrams about all the pollen that's coating the whole south right now.... so I made a quip about going out into the yard and making a "pollen angel"..... and forgot about it.... then I'm sitting there a bit later drinking my coffee and Stephanie tells the whole viewing audience that "Oh, Scott Scarborough is going out to the yard to make pollen angels!".... hee hee... that was great to hear her say my name with me being being a total TWC geek. So.... now a few million people heard my name and the pollen angel deal and thought..... "Wow. that guy sounds like a real idiot."

Oh well, I had fun with it.... thanks Stephanie Abrams.... I'll look for my check in the mail!

It's Good Friday.... a good day to reflect on the meaning of life's terrible trials... our personal stations of the cross.... and on how we can all be ressurected if we will just keep faith in God's purpose for us during our darkest hours.
