Man..... I have been battling a cold for the last 4 or 5 days now.... a really nasty one too...... but I have made it to work everyday for the 10 hour death march.... it's been tough..... then I developed a sinus infection that had my face in a vise grip and spread down into my jaw and teeth yesterday.... I was so miserable... then a friend at work gave me some antibiotics and I woke up this morning with alot of the face and tooth pain feeling improved..... but I still feel on the ropes..... the cold medicine I take ramps up my blood pressure too so I am a bit edgy even with the HBP meds....

Maybe I will recover over the next couple of days and save myself a trip to the doctor!

I'll live..... although it doesnt FEEL like it!

Did anyone else see that full moon last night?

WOW!

I had heard that it would look bigger than usual because it was in a closer orbit but it knocked my socks off.

I was driving home from work and I rounded a bend in the highway and there it was.... hanging on a forested peak..... it was gorgeous!

... and it got me writing verse in my head........ kind of dark stuff though.... I was waxing about the color of blood in the icy moonlight.... might have been the cold working in my brain... I have to put it together before I share it but I made up the music in my head too..... very sparse.... just a simple somber drum beat and a piano..... I guess I am lucky that I can write music without actually being at an instrument.... but I have to work when the muse visits me...... wherever I am....

Anyway, I hope others of you got to enjoy that sublime moonrise as well....

I drove over to Secret's earlier to give my little LuLu her B-day present and she LOVED it!
